Welcome to The Atomic Heritage Foundation |

Welcome to the Atomic Heritage Foundation! The Atomic Heritage Foundation (AHF) is a non-profit organization in Washington, DC dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of the Manhattan Project and the Atomic Age. In 2006, the Atomic Heritage Foundation took on the mission of the Manhattan Project Heritage Preservation Association (MPHPA), formerly the Children of the Manhattan Project. To continue the work begun by the MPHPA, we have redesigned and streamlined this website. It remains the largest repository for primary source material about the Manhattan Project on the web, as well as the largest database of Manhattan Project veterans. To find material from the previous MPHPA site, please explore the new site through the menu on the left. The entire MPHPA site is still available by clicking on the "Classic" link.
